I began my health training journey by graduating with my Bachelor of Kinesiology. I am a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy since 2016. I am a member of the Ontario Osteopathic Association. I have taken additional training in Osteopathic treatments for pre/post natal patients and infant/children.
I was always interested in healthcare but only found Osteopathy through my own injuries. Years after a motor vehicle accident I kept suffering from back/neck pain but also started having monthly sinus infections. I was told I needed to be on antibiotics because of the infections but also just constantly felt unwell. My question was “why do I keep getting infections? what is causing it?” It didn’t make sense to me that I kept getting these infections while someone else doesn’t, there had to be a reason. After a year and half of suffering monthly I found an Osteopath in training who said let me try and help you. I had no idea what Osteopathy was but I decided to give it a try because nothing yet had helped. It helped me instantly, I had learnt that through the imbalances in my neck, shoulders and ribs there would be back up of circulation and it would turn into an infection because it was stagnant. All stemming from my car accident issues years before! This led me to my passion to help others in a different way, to help look for causes that traditional medicine may have not been able to help or can be avoided if needed.
Aranniya is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner and recent graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, where she completed her studies in April 2026.
Her interest in osteopathy grew from a genuine curiosity about the human body - how it moves, adapts, compensates, and responds when something feels off. Through her osteopathic education, she developed a deep appreciation for the way the body functions as an interconnected whole, where pain or discomfort in one area may be influenced by restrictions or imbalances elsewhere.
Aranniya’s approach to treatment is calm, gentle, and attentive. She takes the time to listen to each patient’s concerns, understand their history, and assess the body as a whole. Her goal is to help identify areas of restriction, support better mobility, and create more ease throughout the body.
She is passionate about helping people feel more comfortable, connected, and supported in their bodies. She values creating a welcoming space where patients feel heard, respected, and at ease throughout their treatment.
Outside of clinic, Aranniya enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, baking, and enjoying live music. She also loves continuing to learn more about health, movement, and the body.
